RETURNS

Please read this section before ordering.  All returns must be in like new re-saleable condition and are subject to a 15% restock fee. We will not accept used or damaged products. We will not be responsible for any return shipping charges.  Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date. Please call us before returning any product so we can help you remedy the situation as soon as possible.

PRODUCT STOCK

We make every effort to keep our products in stock but inevitably there will be some products that are out of stock.  We are a manufacturer first and provide our distributors with product before our retail customers.  Normal lead times on out of stock product is 1-4 weeks.  We will contact you if the product your ordered is out of stock and let you know an estimated ship date.

SHIPPING

Please expect a 1-3 business day processing time before your order ships.  Many of our products require assembly or packaging before they can be shipped and depending upon the time of day we recieve the order may take a couple days to complete.  If you place an order on a Saturday its possible it will not ship until the following Wednesday.  Please understand our main business is manufacturing for our distributors.

Our shipping is based upon the weight of the package and is tied directly to the UPS and USPS rate tables, therefore you are charged actual shipping charges.  We do add a $3.00 handling charge to all orders under $20.00, and a $5.00 handling charge to all orders over $20.00.  Sometimes multiple boxes can be packaged together and may be able to save you shipping costs.  If you feel your shipping costs do not accurately reflect what you are purchasing, please call us and we can determine if it is incorrect and how to proceed with your order.  For international orders, please call us to order.
